1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastClips ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastClips provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create short-form video content from text prompts. The Service includes script generation, AI voiceover, caption generation, and video rendering.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Token-Based Pricing

  • Tokens are purchased in advance and consumed when generating videos.
  • Purchased tokens do not expire and remain in your account until used.
  • Token prices are subject to change; however, purchased tokens will not be affected by price changes.
  • All token purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tokens under any circumstances.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

You retain full commercial rights to all videos generated through the Service. You may use, modify, distribute, and monetize the generated content without restriction. FastClips does not claim ownership over content you create.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create deepfake content or impersonate real individuals without their consent.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence. Because AI platforms can make mistakes, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any AI output. While we strive for high standards, we do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts, voiceovers, or visuals will be factually accurate, free of errors, or suitable for all purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or presenting it.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused tokens may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
